intro splash.....is not working!!!!, helppppppppp Options

I was trying to use this intro splash code...but it didn't work for some reason....but i am using premium skin,so does that matter if i use premium?because i was trying to put the code in the xanga skin page....but nothing happen..can u fix that?please help meeeeee!
by the way..i am new to here..yeah!welcome me!

before everything eles?? the image might not work either try uploading the image to photobucket or somthing..

oh...becuase i am using premium skin,..so if i put the code in the header in look&feel page,it won't work!so i have to put it in the xanga skin...yes,i did!i put the code before everything else...or maybe that code is for non-premium user?so what will the code be like for premium then?

oops...sorry!i am new to here...i dunno how to link to my xanga with a picture...
