-Scream into pillows

-Call your friends have em come over and chill

aw hun, i hope you feel better..here are some things you can do:
+. write down your feelings/thoughts on paper
+. draw/color
+. listen to nice relaxing music..or really loud, whichever you prefer=]
+. get those stress ball things..lol
+. ^and yes punch the pillow

yeah you said you sometimes feel like crying? let it all out. it helps. really. i do that all the time...too often i say. _dry.gif but yeah. that and nice, long, hot baths. happy.gif

lolz, it would be weird to yell at some strangers but lolz, good idea =)
um.. just watch hours of tv or movie, read a book, go online, start a fight with your sibling (becareful and don't get caught by your mom or dad, haha), and well, crying always help... and maybe talk to someone who knows and who's going through the same thing, well, i sure am, haha

i feel like this now too...crying lets out a LOT of stress...i know cuz i don't cry a lot but i've been so stressed that lately, i cried more than usual...

my personal favorite...SEX...haha j to the p, but seriously tho i take jujitsu so it helps me cooldown when im stressed or i play ddr or i run, but if its too cold or im too lazy i play gta because in some odd way its really calming when u run around killing ppl and picking up hookers =]

i let my anger out physically. like when it gets to the point where im about to cry, i end up throwing random things at my door while screaming my head of. like ill throw tissue boxes, clothes, books, etc. nothing really that can break lol. try letting it out to a friend. someone whos a good listener. tell them ur problems an try to get some feedback. always helps to let things out

I write how i'm feeling. I let all my anger/sadness/happiness out on paper. Or I put on the headphones, sit back, and relax. There are times when I can't take it anymore so I throw things around, heh.
