Eh, I barely know what an iPod is whistling.gif (Yes, stupidity) but now I know what it is =]

So anyways, where do you download the songs for the iPod? is it free .. or do you have to pay for every song? i went to apple.com and i said 99cents for each song .. a hundred songs .. a hundred bucks nearly .. are they serious..?! also, i heard somewhere that the battery dies easily and can't be replaced or recharged or something .... eh .. so .. help?

you can songs at the iTunes store. Other places sell songs as well, I don't recall the names, they were in a magazine I read. Yes, the rechargable battery will eventually die, as do all rechargable batteries. Early generation iPods do not have this covered under the warranty, so if you buy a battery and install it yourself, you're on your own if you break your iPod. There are also online services that will install batteries for you if you mail your iPod to them. I believe apple is making the newer generation iPods with easier to change batteries though.

personally, I wouldn't get an iPod though. But that's my opinion.

yah apple is a good brand, they are around $300 or $400. but you dont have to buy the music...you can just download it from kazaa or bearshare or something [illeagaly] but hey i do that, 99 cents a son is to much for me. they are great though, i love it. definitly worht the cost in my opinion. they also come with games and other features.

they are really about this big

i pod = lotta money for little use.

because of the apple software, it's harder to use. unless you have a mac, i wouldn't go with it.

hint:
creative labs has a 40gb one for less than the 20gb ipod.
