i wish to have the navagation to the left right under the picture of me, my picture(layout) as the background, and the box with the writing on the right of my picture in a scrolling box thingie mabober. heres the code i have and its horrible, i can't seem to get it right. please help?

That link doesn't work, you need to click the "Public Preview" link before you give someone a link to your Xanga.
