first off, which version of photoshop (discluding CS) is the best? which, (if any besides elements 2.0) is best under $100? if none, is elements 2.0 worth it?
also, where can i get trials for photoshop (other than cs on adobe.com, because i dont have windows 2000 or xp and they dont work for me)? i had a trial of photoshop 7 and it expired... and last, my trial expired after i turned back the clock for psp8 purposes. do photoshop trials always terminate if you turn back the date? (no, im not trying to pirate it, im stalling until i can get a liscensed version for christmas) |

1) i first had elements it worked good i mean i could do alot of stuff with it ! i still use it now but i kinda prefer the other ones . to find out prices on the other ones go to adobe.com
2) fer trials download yu go to that site & yu just type in photoshop or sumthing under search or yu can get sum by goin to google.com & typin in photoshop free trials it will give yu more sites 3) umm im not sure bout the time thing |

personally i think psp8 is better than elements ; elements is easier but psp8 is better to ; w/ psp8 yu can use animation shop & ya but with elements yu can animate but all yu can basically do is animate each layer that yu have .
psp8 is better to me |

well, i can get around the animation problem, but i was just making sure that being a photoshop product i wasnt better, as photoshop is so highly esteemed.

I don't think Adobe elements 2.0 is uhm.. uhh okay let's just say that it doesn't NEARLY reach the standards of Photoshop. Photoshop CS is the best. Which is 8.0 And if you don't want to pay for that, you can have 7.0.. or 6.0.. I don't think turning back the clock works with Photoshop either..

I would recommend 7.0 or 8.0, because if you get an old version, it may be cheap, but if you like brushes, you probably can't download quite a few because your version is too old. =/ |
