im need to save a vexel in PS that I am working on cuz I'm at school and I want to email it to myself so I can work on it at home. what should I save the file as so that I will still have all my layers when i reopen it at home? blink.gif

I think .psd format, which will probably be a really large file.

yep you have to save it as .psd otherwise all your layers will be in one flat file. but .psd's take og lots of space

thanks guys....i did that and i can open it in illustrator and image ready but my photoshop keeps freezing when i try to open it in there now! eek! i think im gonna have to re-install photoshop.....

oh, that sucks. maybe its 'cause the files to large? is it just your photoshop that freezes? because maybe you just have to wait a little longer

its just when i try to open photoshop, not only the vexel. Everytime I try to open the program it loads like to the very end and then it just freezes and the screen goes white and it says program not responding....so i dunno, i guess i'll just have to re-install it or something.
