lmao that is a pretty funny question. one would assume that girls sit completely on the toilet. well if u need reassurance, i sit completely on the toilet seat. as for guys...im not sure. most likely if they're doin....the other one. but when they pee, they stand up. unless they want to sit down....lol can they do both then? thats sumthin i have always wondered but were too embarrassed to ask. lol
