the grudge and gothika..they were the only two movies that ever really scared me in my entire life..haha im only 17 but whatever..but yeah..when i went home and thot about it..the grudge was a dumb movie..but while sitting there watching it..it was hella scary

umm .... I think you mean Exorcist considering Exorcist is a much older film than Nightmare on Elm Street.

even so .... Dawn of the Dead is also before A Nightmare on Elm Street's time

the grudge was..ionno i didnt get it for a while..but yea it could be cu im slow n the fact that i missed like 40 min of it cuz i was on my cell..lol

the exorcist..i dunno i dont think its scary nemore..but the first time i saw it..omg! but yea..lol

i hope you all are referring to the classic Exorcist and not the remakes .... because if you aren't .... then thats a shame. The original is fantastic.

Definitely the Exorcist. American remakes of Jap horror movies are purely comedies.

its not up there but all i can say is.. Texas Chainsaw Massacre.. and Wrong turn.. i thought those movies were the scariest.. esp watching em in the theatres..

nightmare on elmstreet was the first movie in a while, when i saw it, to actually give me the chills.

i found the excorsist to be the funniest movie ever, but alot if atributed to a new found hate for christianity.

the original texas chainsaw massacre was scary. the new one is poop.

out of all those movies, the only ones i saw were the grudge and the ring. so the scariest to me would be the grudge
