QUOTE(Oreo_bro @ Nov 3 2004, 1:49 AM)
Everyone has a right to their own opinion.

I did not vote for kerry because i do not like his iideas and policys.

Kerry supports Abortion, i do not.

Kerry supports letting medicin from Canada come in, those medicins are not checked by the FDA.

Kerry wants to keep ANWR closed. ANWR is an oil site in alaska that would really help alaska out of its debt if opened, kerry wants to keep it closed, its a big loose for us if it is kept close.

he has also lied about things he said he did, as did bush, dont belive me? lemme show u some things he said he did/said bush did but lied about.

-I supported or voted for tax cuts over 600 times. (Oct 2004)
-FactCheck: No, Kerry did not vote 350 times to raise taxes. (Oct 2004)

-Bush had Bin laden surrounded at Tora Bora (Oct 2004)
-FactCheck: US didn't have bin Laden surrounded at Tora Bora. (Oct 2004)

-Bush has spent over $200b on iraq.
-FactCheck: Bush has spent $120B in Iraq, not $200B.

-My healthcare plan will give healthcare to all americans (2004)
-FactCheck: Kerry's plan covers 92%, not 100% of Americans. (Oct 2004)

He also voted no on death penatly appeals...u know what that is? if u dont limit there appeals, some one can stay on death row till they die.

I do not agree with a lot of Keerys ideals, and i liek bush. those are my reasons.

One last thing, for everyone still in the dark about what kerry and bush stand on, go to OneTheIssues.org. Click on kerry or bush to read more about them.

exactly. you keep disagreeing with kerry, which is why you're voting for bush.

i disagree with kerrys ideals and what he stands for.

That is how many people decide who to vote for.

why dont u wish to vote for bush?

I have actual personal problems with kerry, because he wants to keep ANWR closed which alaska NEEDS to have opened.

see it's more of 'i want to vote for kerry' and not 'i dont want to vote for bush'. i support abortion. i believe it is any woman's choice whether or not they can get abortions or not. i also support medicine from canada. canada isn't like africa, the medicine is probably just as safe as ours. also, i believe in equality in all races, sexes, religions, and social statuses, which kerry supports a hell of a lot more than bush does. i also understand our economy is low and kerry has to means to bring it up. i also believe this war in iraq needs to end as soon as possible, and since cheney is profitting greatly from the war, with bush there instead of kerry it doesnt seem very likely it will end soon. i also believe our relations with other countries MUST be mended.

Acutally the equality of eveyone can be argued.

Bush doesnt agree that gays should marry.

Kerry doesnt belive that babies have any rights if they are not "born" yet, aka abortion.

Which is worse? equally bad. I belive that abortion is okay if a girl is raped, otherwise, just because you screw with some guy and u get pregant from it, thats not a good excuse at all, which is what bush is focusing on. Bush is pushing for laws to strengthen the penatliys placed on rapists and murderes and the other viloent crimes as well. Canadian medice is differnet in the aspect that they allow different.."special" types of medicin to be given to their residents, some of the medicin they give out is illegal in the US. If canada does give the US medicn, the FDA will not be checking them which means a lot of bad things can come out on the market..not ot mention the fact that we would have to pay for shipping -.-.

No matter what, the war on iraq wont be ending soon. We have lost people in iraq, and many feel we are close to really making it a free country, if kerry or bush were to just get up and leave, yes some would be happy, but many would be very mad, it would be like "k so we are their, loose our men, and now your just gonna leave?". Besides, we dont need to be leaving iraq as it is now, not with elections coming up, and the training of the iraqian police force in full swing. Mending is what we are trying to do, we dont need to sever iraq and the middle east..which is where we get most of our oil from.

Let bush finish what he started.

Kerry will screw it all up and get people mad at us, not to mention he supported troops going into iraq.

"We have been waiting 4 years for this change, and we will not stop until all the votes are counted. Every single vote will be counted! Kerry and i will not rest, you all deserve that! Thank you"- John Edwards.

Hmmm..looks like they want to drag this out, dont blame them though, its close in the remaining places. However, bush only needs 1 real state to win, kerry will need..what, 5? its gonna be close, but..well, no i wont say it :P

[Edit]:

Im going to bed. looks liek things wont be done till tomorrow. Go bush :)

Some say it's 269 for Bush, some say it's 254. Either way, he's in the lead, and likely to win.

FOUR MORE YEARS!

By the way, who has the majority in the senate?

^^Republican.

pnaypassi0n- why does that come as a shock to you? California has almost always voted democratic. Obviously, you arent up to speed with politics.

Bush-254
Kerry-242

It all comes down to Ohio, my home state. If Kerry wins Ohio, he wins presidency. GOOOOOO KERRY!!!

Even though I voted for Bush, I didn't feel comfortable with either candidate running this country. I just hope the Bush handles things better this time around and is able to fix the mess he got us into.
