My current GPA is 4.0 and I had to work hard for that. I think a 3.83 is pretty good. I got my GPA up from a 3.2 to 4.0. A little more effort and you can reach 4.0.

I think it really matters, how old you are, and which school you go to. I have a 4.0 currently, but I'm only in Middle School. In high school, a 3.83 is very good! In middle school, it's pretty good also. Most of my friends are 3.83-4.0 students, so I don't really know what I'm talking about sometimes, hehe.

that's good... at least it's not 2.0 GPA. i got 3.9 gpa and that's almost to 4.0gpa which made me mad... i don't like when it's very close to the good ones...but then again 3.8 is not that bad.... weird topic i say

I graduated with a 3.0, and I still got into good schools. I just couldn't afford them because they were private. So, public school it is.

well it really depends. if you're aiming for top ivy-league colleges...it's not really good enough. if you have AP classes...it's not good. But i guess for a regular freshman or something like that, it's..not bad. i wouldn't really say extraordinarly good because lots of people in my school have like a 4.0+.
but keep working harder and raise it to a 3.9. hah i love being influenced by my super strict asian parents. |
