you have to search in google, basically, you need a pen tool, and a cropping tool, if you have that you can use adobe illustrator or adobe photoshop tutorials.

I don't think you can do so with PSP, you need Illustrator.

Yah there's a pen tool.

I find it's easier to use than the PS pen tool. The PS one pisses me off.

I miss my PSP trial...=(

Yes, you can vector with PSP. It's just not the right program, though it is possible.

Really? It's not the right program? Well pooey, I never knew that! (no sarcasm intended, lol.)

As far as I'm concerned, when I try to make my pitiful vectors on PS or PSP, they seem the same to me!

Maybe I'm just ignorant. Tell me the difference? Seems interesting =)

You can vexel with PSP.

It's not a vector unless done in a vector-based program like Illustrator.

and again

QUOTE
i'll explain this.. ONE MORE TIME... this is like the 6th time ive said it..

Illustrator is a vector base program. anything you do in illustrator is basically a vector. even if you draw a square.. thats a vector.

anything you do in photoshop is a Raster, because PS is a Raster base program.

however the... i guess trendy.. version of a vector is when you draw an object or person using different levels of shapes, etc...

it's a vector because it's completely scalable. every curve you make is defined by an equation. when you scale your vector, the equation changes to make the curve completely proportionate.

when you duplicate this method in photoshop, it's still a raster.. its made up of pixels. there are no equations. when you scale it, the pixels get larger and more choppy. pixel+vector= vexel
