if talking about as more than friends, honestly, im more of for personality than looks... but id like decent appearances if it fits with the personality i like. i guess its if i can get along with the person, if they care about me (well-being), and if i can be really open with them and if they can be open to me back (if possible, but its hard finding that in lots of guys). but even with people with those qualities, soem im not attracted to.. iono why. :P.. but yea.. i guess thats basically it

#2 isn't really true at all - of course #1 is true..i mean hotness/cuteness/not ugliness is of course a factor because i mean who's gonna like a guy that's ugly?? like seriously...but it's only a factor cuz of course the guy has to have some kind of personality that clicks with your personality in some way..but yea the point is that #1 is way more true than #2 lol

Okay actually to be serious.
Im not a girl but i've noticed that most realtionships that last a long time, even to marriage *im not saying all, but most* happen by people who at first only like each other as friends first. I mean think about it. You see some super hot guy in the hall, reaction? "OMG HES SO CUTE OMG I WANNA GO OUT WITH HIM!" or something to that effect. So u do some stuff and u get lucky and he goes out with u. You find out he's a b!tch and he uses you. Whos there for u? your friend. It happens to u a few more times, well maybe even try 8 times till u finnally have enough, but who has been their for u through thick and thin? In the end, u may begin to like your friend and really realize how much they care about you, and then u fall for them, and this is even before looks ever came into the picture. Its happend to me so i know its true lol. They say your mate is your best friend in realtiy, i belive its true, because what is your best friend? Some oen u cna laugh with, care about, tlak to about anything really, be their for u, etc, whats a mate? *aka..ur gf/bf/hsband/wife* all of the above plus a lover. anyways..yeah |

i think it only matters to some people cause if theyr was a good looking guy& a not so good looking guy with personalities almost equal you would pick the good looking one because he has an extra attraction. but yea. looks dont really matter much unless i was put in that situation.
