I've got a few friends who are non-christian and they're always saying bad stuff about christianity. i.e "oh its so stupid" "oh, you all are dumbass bush supporters" "oh, blah blah blah".
what's funny is that they don't know jackcrap about christianity. they don't know what we learn and how great it is. it ... iirks me. i can go on forever, but i dont feel like it. for christians... are you feeling this from atheist, etc friends? for non-christians... do you play down on christianity? |

i'm christian..my friends know it and they respect that, but i don't really hear about it much from people at my school. we've got a lot of religions at my school, so people are mostly respectful of that.

i am christian, and i go to a catholic school.
i have a friend that claims to be an atheist. and he doesnt bash on christianity, as long as you dont criticize him for his beliefs. but.. ugh, theres these guys that my friend and i came across one day at the park, and UGH. mother fcukers. we were in our uniform still, and they were dicking with us because we were in it. stupid bitches, i hate it those people that try to act all tough, and blah blah blah, and they trash talk about God because we`re in our school uniform. GAH. i know how you feel

I relate close to those universal unitarians. mm, I WISH I found God, I was in a christian school for 9 years, and haven't found him yet. =/ Now whenever I pass by the Agape club, I'm so sad cuz they're so happy.
No, I don't look down on Christians, I think it's fine to believe in it. Unless they start talking about how non-believers are all going to hell. That I don't respect. But yea, a lot of my friends are Christian, and they're all fun to hang out with! (and I need to limit my swearing anyway) |

my family is greek-orthodox. thats the highest term of christianity...
i have my own beliefs. i don`t believe in that heaven/hell crap. its unrational & unrealistic. whatever happens happes & it happens .. HERE ofcoursee .. this is just my opinion. i dont bash on christians .. but i dont have to agree with them bc its my family's religion. get me ? that doesnt mean i don't believe in Jesus or God. i do, but in my own way |

pfft. there`s a relation of your religion and politics? wow. that`s new.. my catholic church is straight-up for bush. i guess it`s because texas is bush-washed.  i don`t really care for the "hateration". as long as i keep on believing on what i believe it.

I'm a christian but i've never really felt that way toward atheists..lots of my friends are atheists, and they don't care what religion i partake in, as long as i dont irritate them about it or w/e.
the ones that get put down by the atheists are probably the ones who go off sayin "REPENT! YOU'RE GOING TO HELL!!" in the streets and whatever...tryin to force a belief into an atheist's throat, which is why they get put down. and not all christians are bush supporters, my dad's a christian and he's goin for kerry, though the only thing he constantly says is "bush got us into war"...and nothing else :/. |

the only time i'd say "shut up, that's ridiculous" or something is when someone is trying to convert me to christianity. so i don't believe, good for me, now leave me alone..ahh >< my neighbor is so persistent that i become christian. she tells me it's wrong to be agnostic, so yeah, it goes both ways.

yeah i'm a baptized roman catholic, and i've been going to a catholic private school since i was in kindergarten (i'm in grade 11 now) and so technically i'm a christian but i've been kind of...falling from my faith you could say in the last year or so. i don't mind christianity or aeithism or whatever so long as no one forces me to believe something.

 There is no right or wrong in religion, only preceived right/wrong. Because of this, I see no point in "play[ing] down" any religion until someone offends me with their "there is only one truth" babble (which happens quite often). |

Im Christian.. and I dont find much people are anti christina really, probably because I live in society where majority is christian. but its mostly like any other religion, some people are anti-christian, and same with other ones. its just life.
