but marching season (for me at least, perhaps not suzette as shes with an amazing band) ends after this saturday and the football game afterwards (unless we make playoffs which would take a miracle)

ah, that sucks. ive actually heard of both those parades (before going to your competition) which means they must be big because theyre about the only 2 ive heard of. that would be rather unpleasant, doing 22 laps that much. we didnt have rehearsal tonight because of rain, so that, although a nice break that allows me time to work on my chem report, is not good because we need more practice. we did two little parades, and they were about a mile or less long each so that definitely did not require 22 lap rehersals.
