It's healthy and thick, and it fills you up really quickly.

QUOTE(Ingredients)
1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup orange juice
1 Gala apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1/4 cup milk

No ice is needed, the banana replaces the ice and adds a unique texture.
-----------------------
1. In a blender, combine frozen banana, orange juice, apple and milk. Blend until smooth, then serve in glasses.

Eugh. I just made it, and the banana peels were hard to get off. Remember to defrost them a little bit.

Why not just peel the banana and then freeze them?
