how can i put a picture in the center of my xanga? like right at the top and centered. also, how can i put my entries in boxes in the middle? plez help!

Y'mean, like, a background?
Just stick the URL for the picture in the box at the bottom.
(For horizontal, check center and vertical, check top.)
For putting your entries in the center, just check the 'center' option under page alignment. (And choose, 725px.)
