sorry to sound like a complete noob, but in photoshop, how do you flip a picture sideways or just turn it a little or tilt it.

go to image>>rotate canvas. then there are different choices, like 90 CCW or 90CW or 180 etc, but you can also do arbitrary and rotate it whatever angle you want.

go to image --> rotate canvas... --> then u can go to arbitrary and imput your own degree u want the picture to flip (play with the numbers) or just pick 90 CW (clockwise) or 90 CCW (counter-clockwise) or 180. Horizontal means flipping the image as in a mirror view and vertical means flipping the image upside down. hope i helped.
