Ok, I would most likely get these 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner things cause I'm lazy like that, but this time i got conditioner and shampoo.

So my question is: Do you use conditoner like ur shampoo and scrub it in? Or do u just put in like, on the top? (if that makes sense)

I use the shampoo first... and then after that's all good and washed out, i take the conditioner and put a smaller amount and apply it mostly to the ends and some to the roots, but not as much cause it makes your scalp oily. So its just the same. Hope that helped _smile.gif

I just realized this was my 300th post... so w00t w00t!! biggrin.gif

I use shampoo & wash it out and then conditioner the exact same way...never do conditioner before because it locks in everything that is in your hair so its gross if you haven't used shampoo yet.

With the shampoo I just scrub for a while, and then wash it out, then I put a smaller amount of conditioner, and rub it through my scalp, and then on the ends. Ehh, sometimes I add a bit more cause I have really thick hair. But mmm, mostly what the others said.

shampoo: scrub it in, especially near the scalp and roots
conditioner: starting from bottom, rub it in more gently and move up

Shampoo is more for your scalp, and conditioner is more for your hair. You condition after you shampoo and put it mostly on the ends of your hair. That's where it's the dryest. Dn't scrub the conditioner.

People-- The top of your head is in the least need of conditioner. Think about this. Itis closest to your scalp which produces oils.
