Since when was the international feminist color--pink--suddenly become remotely gangster? A few years ago, if you wore pink, you were branded a flaming queer. End of story. Now, if you strut into school with some Ecko pink shirt on you're suddenly The Shit.

The same goes for collaring up your shirt. You look like a dumbass trying to bring back some 80's fashion style and you resemble Ned Flanders.

Wait--I'm not done. I have more people to flame. People that create blogrings dedicated solely to themselves with some queer as messege like, "JoiN DiS BloG iF U LUbB mEh~". What the f**k are you trying to prove by creating some shit like that? Are you so insecure about your friendships that you have to create a blog to confirm just how many people "luBb yoO~" through a xanga blog ring? Honestly, what the f**k were you thinking.

:) Some other guy wrote that...not I. I won't post up his site b/c that'll be *gasp*, advertising, God forbid.

niyahahaha ;o well i don't like the blogring part... but i don't mind seeing collars up and guys wearing pink. i think people should be able to wear whatever the heck they want regardless of decade... however, it sucks when people do it to be trendy.

Yeah, its just a colour too. Just cause the stereotype used to be that pink was only for girls and stuff, it may not be true.

I don't mind guys wearing pink... I wear it, but that is just because I was going to homecoming and stuff... Not like just a pink shirt...

But anyway... As many have noticed before... Fashion Trends seem to circulate... So if you save your clothes... They will be popular again one day... Trust me... Just like bell-bottom pants, and popping your collar... Trends come back... Even the bad ones...

but i think she's against trends coming back... unless i read the thread wrong? i see nothing wrong with them coming back... i just hate the idea of "trends" in general.

i think pink is wierd when guys try to wear it the 'gangsta' way..
but a nice pink collar shirt looks nice (on some people)

it doesn't bother me actually...cuz it's not affecting me in any way 0__o

All the trends coming back and stuff doesn't bug me at all. It's just how my school handled it that made me mad..At my school they've banned pink shirts b/c it's gang realated...which was never a problem until boys started wearing it. And now...I think it's b/c of that "white tee" song they've also banned white t's becuase they're gang realated..and finally black tee's are banned to.

Ditto. The blogring thing is stupid, but if it makes them feel better, then let it be. :D
As for wearing pink, hmm, it's a new "fashion".

i don't understand why it matters. trends come and go, if you don't like it, don't follow them. but don't hate on the people who do. not everyone wants to look like an individual.

and many people make those blogrings for themselves just for fun. i don't personally understand it, but thats just what they do.

Hey, if more people start dressing like that, it'll give me something to keep laughing at.

Blogrings dedicated to yourself...That's pretty pathetic. What's even more pathetic is tYpInG lYk dIz.
