I'm not hispanic therefore I should not call anyone spics. it's just rude. No, I just say the "N" word because since I'm not black, I don't think it's right for me to call them that. It's like a racist comment if you're not friends with them...Unless you are, then you can say it jokingly, but I still consider it rude.

I'm black but people don't think I am cos they constantly ask me if I'm Indian or from Afghanistan . But I don't use it on teh regular, it's not apart of everyday life for me. The only times I say it is the phrase "Ni99a please!" and even that's rare. (Like imitating the Mean Girls movie, it was hella funny.)
