my boyfriend broke up woth me 3 times. He did all the breaking up for me. Everytime he did, Id always take him back. But this breakup is for real now. Its been like 2 months since we talked. I keep myself busy by hanging out with a whole bunch of my guy friends. I fashioned this idea in my mind that my ex boyfriend's intentions of leaving me were nothing but jibberish BS. But he was my everything. So, Ive been hanging on to a string of hope for the last few months. Any other tips to making my life less miserable?

eh, i don't really know because i'm still trying to get over my ex. but, i suggest going out with some friends, looking for other guys, or just immersing yourself in some activity that'll takeyour mind off him.

The thing that helped me get over someone is trying to find someone to replace those memories that you have with that person. It may hurt to be with someone else but sometimes its better to try then anything else. Don't get down on yourself if you can't or feels like you can't move on. It takes time and time is what you have. Life is long and your young many people will come and many will break your heart or you will break there hearts just learn from your experiences and take to account on how you handle each break up. Hope things work out...

like u said.. he WAS ur everything... its time to put everything aside... and look forward.. the thing that helped me get over my ex was that not only did he break his promises.. but he went out wit my 5yearlong friend 5days after we brok up -_-" lol after he did that i knew he wasnt worth my time crying and stuff =x i hope u get over him asap. another way to get over something... is to face it.. maybe talking to him will help? keep in mind u two are nothing but friends, or meet some new ppl =] find a new target

word, i dont even know what advice to give you when im somewhat in the same situation. i broke up with my ex twice and regretted it twice. now that its been 2 months since we really talked i feel as miserable as ever. but yeah..feel better i guess

thank you so much you guys. I just talked to my other friend and she is going through the same thing. Now that school is about to start, I called him last night and I was very mature with him.
I told him that since this is our senior year, i wanted to get through it as easily as possible. I told him that i was tired of being bitter and that I wanted to patch things up with him. he wanted to do the same thing but was fearful of my wrath. And he was glad that I took the initiative of staring over fresh. Did I mention that he broke up with me for some other girl? and guess what. Now he doesnt like her anymore...(sigh) high school boys. they never know what they want. I told him it was a temporary crush but he broke up with me. So I guess things are alot cooler with us now. But Im still a little skeptical with him..I guess thats what happens when a guy breaks up with me 3 x. But however now I get the feeling that he wants to be with me again. He says that hes gonna call me more often and whatnot. I dont want to be fooled again. i know if we start dating again, he'll start off with the best of intentions but i know slowly, his old habits will surface again. Because his old habits dont die hard. ugh. I just want to be single. |

i think that whats best for you now... is to be friends with him.. IF YOU WANT. But at the same time... keep that friendship at a distance. If you think that he wants to get back with you again... then don't give in. Keep him at that distance. He's not worth your time. And you won't get back together with him... if you don't let it happen. That choice would be up to you. If you do get back with him, its your own fault. Stand your ground... be friends with him... but keep it at that. Or else you're just going to get hurt again.... and i think you know this already deep down inside of you. Move on sweetie... there are a lot of better guys out there. And you might want to wait until you're older... Up to you. Hope that helps some...

It's really hard to get over someone.
I had to do that last year. -_- All I did was I found a new crush. Then I became friends with him. And then BAM. I liked him, and no longer liked the other d00d. |

Aww. You know, I have friends who are stills tuck on their first love, evne when they date someone else or like someone else. One of my friends wonder what would've happened if the person she liked so much ever asked her out. I never know what to tell them because I've never been in their boat.
Anyways, yea, try to keep busy without thinking of him. Or maybe try to look for someone new. Your ex broke up w/ u 3 times?! What a scumbag! You deserve better and hopefuly you will find someone to fill up that empty hole in your heart that your ex left.
