Doesn't your voice sound diffrerent?

Is it just me or does your voice sound different to you when you record it than when you just talk? If so doesn't it bother you? Is that why people think they can sing when they really can't... Cause that's probably me lol.

My voice sounds totally different when it's recorded... I sound like a totally different person. It annoys me, but eh... nothing I can really do about it.

Haha OMG My boyfriend let me hear my voice being recorded and OMG I think I sound sooo wierd hahah -_- And sometimes I hhear my voice recorded on the answering machine and I sound like I have a little girl's voice... People might think im a little child, which is bad. That's not cool. stubborn.gif It's strange because in my head, I sound like.. idk.. normal.. like other people.. sort of. =T

haha, my voice sounds WAAAAAAAYY diff. n i hate it. for a project i hadda record my voice n stuff n guess wut? i SOUNDED LIKE A LITO KID DATS 3 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!!! heh, n i never do da karoake or w/e u spell it cuz i can sing pretty gud BUT on a mic or ANY recording kinda thing i sound really...... bad

Actually, when you record your voice and then play it back, you only hear the repilcated sounds of your voice. That's why is sounds weird. I hate the way my voice sounds too lol.

I sound even younger.

omg girl thats on my mind right now!!! haha yeah that's wat i thought too maybe it's just the microphone, but once u go into the studio...the microphone is the voice ur singing in reality... it's the same voice...you just need to get the right microphone...if u watched the video music awards 2004...jessica simpson had a weird microphone that changed her voice... and christina aguilera got a good microphone where we can hear her real voice and the voice she sings from her albums^^;;

to me it's really annoying when the microphone sounds different from my singing... i get so mad that i just want to ruin my karaoke box that goes along with the microphone devil.gif

and sometimes i think some microphones improve people's voice when they sing... ay i dont know thats just my mind hehe

I hate my voice. It sounds so friggin girly. _dry.gif But maybe it doesn't sound that girl in like real life when I talk to people...

o yeah i just realized that some karaoke place...their microphone sound is different.... it bothers me cause some microphones is not the same voice as me...bothers me very much that i get so mad...sometimes i put myself down and saying why cant i make voice look better in some different microphones... i get mad easily from that haha

blah. happens to be too. its sounds so bad after i finish recording it and i listen to it. but when i sing i sound very different. let's get together and rent some real media gear that won't change our voice. haha.
