 i make my own destiny  Group: Member Posts: 122 Joined: Sep 2004 Member No: 52,249  |
I need recipies for smoothies that have no milk because I'm illergic to milk. I can ahve Ice cream though. Also maybe if it can be low on carbs and calories too because my g/f sister is Diabetic and I want to impress her family. please help me out.
