I know a 10 year old who has a cell phone. Thats a little too soon to give your child a cell phone. |

Yeah, I was 15 too. But then It got too expensive, cause my parents made mee pay for it o.O so I cut it.. Yeah I know 9 year olds with cells too. People spoil their children..
