Then I think people should be educated and have this pounded in to their brains:

CONTRACEPTIVE PILLS DO NOT PREVENT STD'S OR HIV!

The pill's main use is to prevent pregnancy. No one uses the pill to er...prevent STD's. That's what the condom is for.

I have no problem with the morning-after pill. It could solve a whole bunch of problems for people.

I understand what your getting at, but it won't stop people from having un-protected sex, and still use the pill! The best way for the younger generation to wake up is for us older and more experienced people to educate and tell them our own experiences. I had many stuggles with me and my ex-girlfriend getting pregnant. I wanted her to get the pill but she didn't, she wanted to get an abortion I didn't. So getting educated is the best way...I just don't want other people to fall in the same kind of experience I went through. Your young and you shouldn't have to feel like you always have to be careful of everything even though you do have too be careful.

If your not going to be abstanent...then at least use some kind of protection. Like...condoms, bc pills, the patch(for women), or anything. I just don't get sometimes how some people get pregnant when we have all this pregnancy help around us.

Wear a condom AND take the morning after pill...or be on the pill. But keep in mind you have to be on the pill ATLEAST a month in advance before having sex without protection.

That's my suggestion.

latex is woven, it doesn't prevent viruses from passing. it reduces the chance greatly, but there's still the chance.

school can only teach abstinace now under bush's policys. so the teens that have sex aren't having ... err.. relitivly safe sex.
