thats when you hover on a link or image and all you have to add is alt="message" to the links
e.g QUOTE <A HREF='http://www.xanga.com/private/home.aspx?user=hispaniclady' ALT='Private'> are you sure it was the whole xanga itself |

like when you just don't move the mouse......a messege pops up until you move the mouse again. |
