Keep running. A lot.
And set a pace. You're not one of them marathon runners. You can't sprint the whole mile. Just set a steady pace and you'll get there. And errr. don't walk. - Chinkieeyedpnoi |

um practice on ur breathing, keep a steady pace so u wont feel off balanced and tired at times and energetic at other times...if u want to build up ur speed and ur running ability, maybe u should be ankle weights( bags with sand in them where u strap on to ur ankles) and run around with them.

Condition yourself to run at a constant speed for five minutes, non-stop.
Then have thirty second breaks in between. |

well I don't run much but i still have some tips:
-keep an average speed during the journey -don't drink or eat too much water before running or after running -no matter how tired you are, keep running, you can slow down slighty but NEVER walk -try to keep your breathing and your steps in a certain sequence hope these tips are usful..... - Jason |

start out at a steady pace and stay with that pace throughout.
dont stop, because when you do, it actually makes you more exhausted. and when your not running, take a deep breathe, hold it for as long as you can, then let it out. [it helps your heart] my coach makes us do that and it helps. |

ok this is what one of the coaches does at school:
-breathes out of his nose so he wont run out of air -shaves all of his hair off (he shaves his arms, legs, armpits, head, and i dont wanna know what else he shaves....) because he said having a lot of hair can make u go slower. -dont eat a lot before u run if i think of more ill edit this |

Find a steady pace and don't forget to breathe. Also if you run everyday your legs won't tire as much and you get use to it. 9 mins. Well I know you're faster then my friend

When you first start off... DO NOT sprint. Keep a good steady pace as much as you can... save your energy for the last couple of seconds when you're crossing the finish line
