i notice that too when i watched a video clip of me my friend recorded the other day. i sound lower than what i hear myself saying.

exactly you guys I mean when I talk I think I have a regular voice but when I listen to myself my voice is somehwat higher than I think...

Yeah, that was the first thing I noticed when I got my recorder. I recorded myself singing, and it sounded terrible!!!

haha yeah, at least I think it does. esp on the phone, I think I sound a lot different..but whenever I call my best guy friend all I do is say "hey" and he knows its me, so maybe I dont sound too much different. i hate my voice either way though

Yeah! I mean, when I record my voice on digi cam, it sounds like some cloudy-ish cutsey voice
 When I talk, it sounds more low then on digi cam. And my mom's voice sounds the same though...

omg that happens to me too!! my voice sounds really boyish to me but when i recorded myself, i sound like a 12 year old little girl.
and people are always telling me i have a high squeaky voice...but i dont hear it that way...wierd.. |

hmm yah I think it's weird my voice sounds a little different on the microphone too..but it can also be that when you record urself..you aren't use to listening to urself..so it feelz weird..but I dunno..

Yea. It does sound different from your regular voice. I don't like to hear myself sometimes,especially on video or a recording of it.

My voice sound sorta like...monotone-ish..when it's recording..I sound like a FOB. Lmao, and when I read, I also sound like a Fob...
But then when I'm just speaking to my friends, it's all good. :D I'm an ABC. haha |
