My middle school was established eight years ago. I really like it. I guess thats why I chose new school.

uhhhhhhhh you misinterpreted what the other topic was saying he wanted to know about things like style/hair/customs all that stuff frmo the new and the old...not LITERALLY old/new school.....

anywaaaaays

it really depends on the condition of the school. Some old schools aren't even taken care of properly; but ideally where both schools are in premium condition i 'd have to say old school because it's more of a classic feel.

eh, my high school was created in 1904 (haha, we celebrated the centennial), but it's in a new building, and pretty modern.

ive never been to an old school. my middle school was built sometime in the 80s and it was boring and the old building of my high school was built in the 70s-ish maybe? and it sucked, so how bout newer ones? at least theyre cleaner

All the schools near me are were built in 70's or 80's, a new middle and high school were built last year though.
These are two ohmy.gif old schools in my county: http://www.pwcs.edu/Schools/schoolprofiles...es/Dumfries.htm

I love old schools.
I don't know, but I just have a thing for old.. things.. like old cars and old buildings and such. I don't necessarily like new things as much.
So, yep. Old schools all the way. :D

I go to an average school, but I would like older schools better, because it has that home-y feeling to it. That's the same with an old house versus a new house.

OLDER SCHOOLS...cuz they have established traditions, more school spirit, the student body is more closer and the Sports teams/Programs/clubs are usually better because everything is ESTABLISHED!...

my school is from the 60's. but nonetheless, i've seen the newer ones built around the metro and they are really classy.

I was the first class in a brand new high school. It was cool because it didn't have as many people (we started with 9th and 10th grades) but then you realize that you miss out on a lot of things becuase there hasn't been anyone prior to set the tone. We didn't have a real homecoming until last year, when we actually had graduates...to come home pinch.gif And by then, the students were too jaded to care.
