um..its hard to give tips just by writing ;/ but ill try...

when ur gaurding keep ur arms spread out so their free to block or pick at the ball when u get the chance... keep ur knees bent so u can spring into w/e direction u tend to go in faster oO;

Shooting .. um shoot with an arch... ball should have somewut of backspin on it...

practice makes perfect heh

ok people are sayin practice is wut u should do. but really just play if u got any frends that are like 6546981498659846 times better than u the play with them. i used to be junk 2 years ago now i can shoot 3's , lay ups, tricks, and stick D all becuz u pick the skillz up in the game. or watch them and pick up some moves. i noe this mite sound korny but when u cant play ( maybe is snowin or w/e) do wut i do, i do mental court. which is imagine urself in a situation on the court and think of ways u could try to go out of it and score a bucket. then put it to the test in the court. sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt just try ur best and play with alot of people that are 65461684635 times better than u

yeah playing with people way better than you helpa too but u should play with people at ur level cuz u cant really do anything with people way better than u cuz well if they got tough D and u got the ball whatcha gonna do?? lose the ball and make the team u with angry and if u cant shoot and u lose the game for your team makes em think if they wanna choose u in their team again right...??? like eryone sats practice dont try to practice everything at once like mixing tricks with shots or etc.. practice one at a time and improve on it

handles are important too to get past your defender. pass a lot, do a lot of give and go's. picks help, too. DONT SHOOT TOO MANY FAR RANGED SHOTS UNLESS YOU CAN. heh
