How many times do you scan your computer for viruses or adaware thingy or other stuff? I scan mine a LOT because of xanga. >.< And I find like 35 thingys for that adaware check. Blah..

When do you know you need to check it? I do mine when my explorer starts lagging. :D

I used to scan like once a day. Now I scan once a week.
I don't think Norton AntiVirus is really good. I made it scan this file that I was sure was a virus and it told me no infection found. stubborn.gif

I scan for spyware maybe every other day.

I have REAL-TIME scanning for my Viruses, so, I don't need to scan often.
