Hey I'm sorta new to CB. And I keep passing by the hottest girl in cb things. So I'm wondering how do you get chosen to be a girl that can get voted for as hottest?

umm..if im understanding your question correctly...
then its the other people who vote. if they put your name down as being hot, then your name will be added to the list as being a hottie. |
