different link properties in different DIV |

I want one div box to have green bolded links and when you hover it turns black.
The other should have black, underlined links, and when you hover the underline goes away. How do I do this? |

i don't if there is such thing, cause it a link, try change it to a different color.

use 2 stylesheets. just use an iframe for one of the divs so you can link to a different css.
