putting my links in column, putting my links in column Options

In my page XANGA, at the top left you'll see:

BANNER

+LINK
+LINK
+LINK
+LINK
+LINK
+LINK
+LINK
+LINK

I want to make it like this:

BANNER
+LINK +LINK
+LINK +LINK
+LINK +LINK
+LINK +LINK

I've tried everything. Putting <td>+LINK+LINK+LINK+LINK</td> doesn't really work. I've tried putting the <td></td> on every position possible, but still it doesn't work! Can someone help meee????

But you'll want to change the [&hearts;] thing in between the <a href="blahblah"> and </a> then you can put your stuff tht you want.. if that makes sense.
