I EFFIN HATE MY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL. SHE'S FAKE, STUPID, AND JUST HORRIBLE IN GENERAL! Example:
One of our students [and a friend of mine] passed away very recently due to brain cancer. So the principal sends a letter home to everybody explaining the loss and everything, how 'sad' she is, blahblah. Except... SHE F*CKIN SPELLED MY FRIEND'S LAST NAME WRONG. WTF! Does she NOT have a proofreader? What the hell is her problem. GEEZE. It's so insensitive! And last year, another student died, and the principal sent out a letter then, too. Today's letter sounded vaguely familiar to last year's letter. I bet my effin principal has a template for letters like these. GRR. I hope she gets fired soon. Thanks for listening to my rant. |

That's horrible..... Have you ever been in her shoes and written a letter like that? Yes, she shouldn't just save a letter and change the names but what would you say if a student in your school died and you didn't really know them....something generic right? It does sound bad though about mispelling their name.

No, I've hated my principal since day one freshman year. I'm a junior now. Yes, ppl make mistakes, but honestly. How can you mispell the dead person's name? Oh looky, my friend just found the letter from last year, and compared it to this year's letter. Here's a convo from my friend. : OMFG : SAME THING : "It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that i must inform you that one of our...." : "________ was an ourstanding and exuberant young woman who was an avid learner interested in all academic areas." : and the last 3 paragraphs are exactly the same : last paragraph: "On behalf of all members of the school staff, our deepest condolences are with _____'s family and friends during this difficult time. ______ has touched so many people in the TJ community and will be deeply missed" Double yoo tee eff. |

Wow, I'm so sorry for your friend. And your principal. But my teacher pronounces my name wrong, but a lot of people have in the past. Its spelled Ng but pronounced -ing!!

but at least your school or principal sends out a letter when a student dies. our highschool didnt do that at all. so yea. sorry again for the loss.  jackie

Omg. That's effing gay!!! You should get parents to complain and stuff if you really want her to get fired!!! That's just plain gay and really disrespectful. If you want to pay your respect, then like a memorial or something.
A senior died at our school a few months ago and we had a big service at our school. [He died saving two girls in the beach and got tired, so he drown....] A real hero..RIP Yohan Johnson |

We have this online database called the Intranet, that lists everybodys names, classes, etc. And on our school internet homepage, they spelled her name right.
