Every relationship starts with friendship or at least most of them do. Its best to find common ground b4 jump starting a relationship on a " whoa i didnt know that or umm idk what to say" basis. Just start slow and simple. I dont have a gf yet but hey friendship i think is more important than a relationship.

if you want to ask him out but you're too shy, why dont you try talking him online a bit more. and be yourself. or you could always talk on the phone more often. that always makes people remember you.

doesnt he notice you already tho? he already says hi and stuffs. just talk to him more. make a connection with him.
