ok i know i have like 2 topic's already and i keep seing that r u depresed topic very intresting topic so i added this. this question is for the guys and girls, "what makes you deprested? and why? and how do you cheer yourself up? reason i'm asking is cuz there are alot of ppl in this world who are very deprested and cry alot and i thought this would be a good topic on whats a good idea on how to cheer yourself up and get you smiling :)

well if that's what you mean.. there are a thousand different things that could make someone depressed, and some of the things i'm sure they dont want to talk about in here

Yeah.
It's a lot of things. Usually it's a lot of heartache.. with stress to build it up to something worse, which is most likely depression. Ways to fix it..? Hm. For me.. it usually just fixes itself.. There's not a whole lot to do. And I'm not going to be all "THINK AS POSITIVELY AS YOU CAN!" because that's really hard, and I'm not much for an optimist.. |

what depresses me...?
---_---;; umm... anything sad. how do i cheer myself up? *shrugs* we all have to get over it sometime... when i try to cheer myself up, i feel desperate and stupid... it just makes me feel even more depressed that i have to cheer myself up. |

uhh well what makes me depressed is the fact that my friend is dying frm a tumor in her heart, im having probs with my bf, i lost one of my best frenz, and my aunt died last week. umm i deal with it by just hanging with my frenz. they always make me happy no matter what and i can always turn to them.
