I don't think you can make a cursor on Photoshop....I think it's another program..

I suppose you could make a cursor...
But I don't think it would work. You'd have to use some other program to convert your file to either: .ani OR .cur |

no you would need a porgram that saves the file as .ani or .cur i have one, try searching on google. thats what i did

you can make one in jasc animation shop....i think you can do it with imageready too
 check if files can be saved as ani.

yeah i just need to know that size the cursoe gonna be, cuz i have a program that allow you to make a cursor.
