I thought I would just give some advices because I have heard alot of great comments from other people from my other Topic I made ( http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=37792 ). Anyway I just want to talk about keeping your body healthy and sexy!

Crunches, sit-ups, roll-ups and other ABS workout you do NEVER gives you the visible ABS you want..

Layers of Fat:
This is the main reason why you can't see your ABS and they are not visible. YOU CANNOT GET RID OF THIS BY DOING CRUNCHES OR WHATEVER TRUST ME!

Some commercial say that their equipment really does work like those core ball or whatever. But let me ask you this, what else do they give you along with the equipments huh? A book for great healthy diets! <- Now that's the real stuff!

The books for healthy diets are the one that actually works. And why they don't just sell the books? Because they make more money selling the actual equipments than the books.

To lose the fat in your stomach:
-Never starve yourself, never eat fastfood, fried stuff, junk foods, greasy stuff, and deserts that has 1000000 calories in it, just dont eat stuff that has alot of fat in it.
-Eat lean meat, chicken, salad, fruits, as long as they are fresh!
-Do some at least running, rollerblading, riding a bike, jumping jacks, be PHYSICALLY active. Dont waste your time on crunches or whatever.

This stuff really works! You will see the progress within two weeks, especially if you really have that big belly.

thumbsup.gif Good job, if you want to take it further, cut out soda from your diet or switch to diet soda (come on, it doesn't taste that different). No desserts or sweets at all is usually the best, you have to get rid of the unnecessary fat and sugar from your body.

dont even waste your time doing situps and crunches.. think about it they are hard to do and painful.. how about some running? eh running really works.. eat healthy and run, be physically active, you should see the results if you are either trying to lose weight or trying to have them visible ABS! and yea DRINK WATER AND MILK ONLY! fruit juices stuff are not really great... just eat real fresh FRUITS ^^

Dude, to get a REAL workout, come to my school as a sixth grader.
Flights and flights of stairs. We can go up to the tenth floor at times from the lunchroom. Without an elevator.
And three flights per floor.
Thirty flights. Everyday. Up and down. Good luck.

yep like waccoon said, cut soda out form ur diet, switch to diet if u really need a carbinated liquid ~_~ ... if u do that alone you'll lose weight gradually...to a certain point .. 10 lbs in 2 weeks?

i remember last year i was 160 , kinda out of shape, cut soda from my diet and exercised for atleast 2 hours a day, 2 day breaks, i lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks, some say that isnt healthy, but i was nourished oO;

btw if i sound like im contridicting myself, ive grown since then and gained more muscle weight, so now im at 160 again,, just in way better physical form

yes- you cant get lean just by doing crunches. you start gaining muscles, but where does all that fat go? still on your stomach. so RUN! running takes away that fatty layer! :D
