You can use any; Photoshop, MS Paint or Imageready. Just resize it to 100x100px

any programs that allow you to draw would work, even MS paint (i think people unrated it too much). as for the avatar its up to you and your createtivity

You can use it with any program, but it usually consists of PSP, PS, or Paint. I normally use PS7.

u can use ne program
 unless u want those wunz that blink or somethingQUOTE even MS paint (i think people unrated it too much) i agree i used to use it cuz i had nothing else ^_^ i just got photoshop 3 dayz ago! |

Photoshop.
Paint shop pro. Hell, you can make them in paint. @_@ EDIT// Ah, animated ones.. never mind, forget my 3 up there. ^ ImageReady for animated, I think.. |

Adobe ImageReady You can download trial versions of them at http://www.downloads.com They usually come with Jasc Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop. |
