At Wheaton HS, Silver Spring, next to Washington DC. Very close. I was in gym class. We were in the hallway, and Ms. Cady talked about how some of us would grow up to take arms against terrorism such as this, and surely enough here I am today, a Marine. Who would've known?

I was sitting in social studies class and then my teach told us someone had crashed a plane and then none of the teachers would tell us anything. god, i was so freaking mad! I had to find out like five hours later when I got home. ...stupid teachers

strange now that i think back to it, i remember it really well.
i was eating lucky charms and when i went to school people were saying "did you hear about the twin towers and that plane?" i must admit i didnt even know what the world trade center was cuz i was a dumb lil kid nor did i know what the word hijackers meant. then during class people started asking the teacher questions and she said she cant talk about it. it was a half day that day so when i got back home i turned on the tv and me and my mom watched the news for about 2 hours. wow, i cant believe i still remember that day.

I was sleeping when it happened. I woke up to hear the TV on and my parents running around yelling at the phone. And there on the screen, I saw the wreckage, and then the replay of the implosion. I literally thought we were in World War III or something.

I was mad at my school, they decided to keep school open that day, my god, what a disrespect to the people in the tower, i thot.

Another plane crashed into the second building, Reporters shut up and there was dead air.

i was at school in the park because it was election day. suddenly i heard an BOOM from the twin towers and saw paper flying out. i was about less than 20 blocks away from it. i got scared. i was only in 4th grade when it happened. and when the 2nd plane crashed, my entire school shooked. if you must know what really happened, i saw things flying out of the window. kids started crying and wondering. i was worried. i was also on the fifth floor. when i went to the bathroom, one of the teacher's was crying because her husband was a policeman and she was scared that something might happen. i was in ps1 when it happened. if you want to know how far it is, go search it up.

I was pretty bored.. it came on the PA for an emergency meeting for all the teachers =/ everyone thought it was wierd and all, and my english teacher came back and told us the whole story.. my friend was crying cause her mom was down in New York and stuff. we skipped the period.. to watch the news and what was going on.

i was getting ready to leave to school and i was in 6th grade. so i remember seeing it on tv and thinking that it was a movie or something. but now i know that it was real.

I remember.. i was in the 6th grade and getting rready for skool and every morning I get up I alwayz turn on the t.v to the news channel. Then I got up and walked around getting ready not really paying attentiong..and as I was leaving my home I noticed something that looked like a trashcan on t.v but I think it was the trade center because I wasn't wearing my glasses..but yea i was like w/e and when I got to skool everyone was talking about it and we weren't allowed to watch it in class..but we had a moment of silence..

That's when i found out wat were the world trade center was..
