Well....like Elba said this isn't a lie when I say I was suppose to get married last year! And, well things don't work out...
Mine wasn't to romantic or anything but, she was laying on my couch and it was pouring down rain. She had skipped class to be with me, and as we layed there. I just spoke from the heart(don't remember what I said), and asked if I could see the ring that she had on her finger. I was like thats a nice ring and took her engagement ring and slipped it on her finger instead of the other ring. She didn't notice at first and finally she turned and screamed! I was so happy then just to see her reaction, she started to cry and weep...almost made me want to cry shoot..haha! But, yeah...thats my story! |

aw, that's so sweeeet.
i actually have no idea. something really romantic & unique. i would want it to be in a private place because i wouldn't want a bunch of people around. i don't know, just as long as it's really romantic. i'm a hopeless romantic too.

i want it to be almost like.. i dunno, like in a movie. like us and our friends are all sitting together laughing, having a party or something, and then we start talking about our fave places to be or something, and my fiance-to-be says "oh, well, you're going there in a few months you know." i look befuddled, and he goes on... " you didnt know? (his name) is taking you there on your honeymoon" i begin to understand but am still quite confused, and he pulls out a ring "he wants to be with you for the rest of his life"
 hahaha i know thats a lot to ask for, but i've always imagined something great like that happening. |

aw i'm a hopeless romantic too!
anyways, i'd just want it firstly from the guy that i'm in love with and loves me. secondly, in an intimate setting (no particular one really) and as long as he says what he means and means what he says when proposing, it'd be perfect.
