its hard to live up to a fact u made someone pregnant under aged u know... i mean ud live with ur friend disliking you and ud live with her parents disliking you and ur parent disliking you and all the bad sh!t

As a guy, I would suggest abortion (Just say NO to sex with pro-lifers!). Failing that, I would run away to France and join the Foreign Legion.

Eventually, I would desert my unit with a band of loyal followers and topple the governent of Mozambique. Then I can become Supreme Dictator of the country. As the Supreme Dictator of Mozambique, I would draft all the people with AIDS in the country (that's like half of them) into my Glorious Imperial Militia (GIM for short) and invade other countries. This would kill all the people with AIDS, thus stopping AIDS, and I would also then have a great and glorious African empire.
