I guess you see people being sexist as a joke maybe...they're probably not trying to be

I see sexism as a very real thing. And I don't like it. There are some guys (and even women) that are hardcore sexists. The whole "girls rule, boys drool" thing counts and its very real. I just wanted to see what you guys thought.

What if the Coach happened to be some girl with a real b*tchy attitude, and can't get works done? (Unfortunately there are coaches like that).

Ugh... feminists are creepy, but I think feminism is just another form of sexism, just on the female part.

I am in *no* way advocating feminism. I just think that everyone should have equal rights in certain aspects of society if they are up to it and if they can perform the tasks as well or better than their counterparts.

Another thing that I would like to clarify is that I am not generalizing. Not all guys are sexists (as it has been proven by our awesome guys here at cb, haha). The ones that are really do irk me though.

I'm not sexist or anything...but

if a girl played on a boys team...then would it be ok if a guy played on a girl's team...think about it...

personally...I wouldn't mind if girls played on my team...I think it would be more fun...esp. if she was super good...and fun to talk to...

well, it's kinda stupid though, cause for pro basketball is the nba... but for women it's the wnba? why doesn't the men's team be called the mnba? It's like sports were CREATED for men... and some women are better than men.

I personally wouldn't mind.

I think the thing is that maybe the guy would be reluctant to do so because of the "he's playing with girls! eeww... he's gay..." mentality other guys have. If the guy is perfectly ok with playing on a girls' team, then I say why not?

for guys its sumtimes hard to face the fact that girls r able to do guy things...... but thats the way lyf is folks..... hard and competitive
