AIM sounds... do you have them on or off? I have them off...because if I had to hear a sound for every IM I got, I would go crazy. Not saying that I get a lot...sometimes I do. Blah, the point is...AIM sounds make me go mad. |

mine are off too..i hate the annoying little "dudadee" or whatever it is that it does..its so loud sometimes too...

The only sounds I use are the ones for signing on, signing off, and when I first receive a message.

My speakers in general are always off unless i want to listen to something. So that means my AIM sounds are off. =)

I have mine on since I usually leave the computer running and do other things in the same room... so I like knowing when someone talks to me.
Which actually isn't that often anymore... now I never IM people first, I wait for messages. Maybe I should change that... |

mines are on and off from time to time, hate it when im doing something and when aim pops up with some IM or alert then i mess up on what i was doing. especially annoying when im working with PS and it pops up
