ok i heard that if u apply 2 hollister for a job...the may not hire u if ur not so 'physically attractive'....in other words...is it tru that they only hire good-looking ppl...n dont hire ugly ppl .......not that i have nething 2 worry about haha....i guess cuz they have a certain image they wanna show

Probablly.. but alot of store are like that. They want you to wear their clothes too of course and have a certain 'style'.. I never saw anyone ugly working in hollister.. so i guess its true wink.gif

i think this should be in debates...people could debate about this all day long...but hey i guess... i just think that hollister isnt racist, because the one here in Houston, TX hires just about anybody the only thing is that they have to wear the HOLLISTER label when they work...and it's cool...they are pretty awesome...there is a goth girl who works there but she wears the hollister label when she works and when she gets off she changes her clothes...that's my friend because i used to work with her...i think it only applies to certain stores

GAP and BANANA republic was very similar. I notice they usually recruit them rich white females, or the the metro-sexual, semi-pretty boy guys to work there. I rarely see a black female or an asian guy. Dominated white people. That's what I see...
