i cheer n dance.. also gymnastics for whoever said cheer n gymnastics cuz ur flexible or watever.. u need all 3 to be the best @ it.. cheering without gymnastics and dance is just really being perky n smiling but if u put dance into it thats where your routines come in and if u put gymnastics in it thats where the stunts come in.. alright bye xoxo <3 .. o yea that dancin n cheerin arent that girly either .. i play softball too .. cheerleading n dance are both dangerous.. i got hurt being a flyer while cheerleadin 1 to many times and dancing messes up your feet if u do point and u can sprain your ankles in competitions

Dancing...to me cheerleaders are sooooo stiff and fake, I don't care how competive it is....but I dance in the marching band and I love it....

i LOVE dancing and i would never cheer lead. but i don't do tap or stuff like that. i like to GET LOW!!! haha. and grind. that's my kinda dancing. lol.

I've been dancing for 12 years so I would have to go with dancing. Besides it takes a lot more skill and ability to be a dancer than a cheerleader. Not that I have anything against cheerleaders, it takes a lot of practice to be able to do those stunts but I just think that dancing takes more time, dedication and talent. as well as some natural ability

i've danced since 4 so that makes about 10 years. i'm more into ballet and pointe.

Dancing does take more ability and to some it comes naturally.. but cheerleading is hard too. Thanks for recognizing that. You're one of the few. However, cheerleading does take practice and talent, but maybe not as much as dancing Everyone is just saying 'cheerleading is pointless'. Maybe thats because you dont know anything about it. Stop being so stereo-typical

I never said cheerleading was harder than dancing. Im just saying cheerleading is not as easy as everyone thinks and it IS a sport. When you stunt and do the jumps you need to work and build up ur muscles for it just like any other sport, so it is considered one.
Anyways.. cheerleaders dont ONLY smile and cheer at games. And think about it.. without cheerleaders, would there be as much cheering at games? |

well itz kinda crazy 4 me..of course i like dancing more...and u know..if your a cheerleader ...well you gotta get your felxibility frum some where no wut im saying??...if you havnt tooken dance or gymnastics some time then you your gonna be a really dumb cheer leader... so yea i quit cheer leading cause i wannted more time for my ballet hiphop nd break...also cause its pretty much a waste or time you kant go anywhere with it...
