people kinda want to consider that someone on the 29th is really young, but you know its not true. it only makes since if it was on the first. earth's position is in the same area March 1st reg year as feb 29th leap.

Well, my friend was randomly thinking and then she popped up and told me "Wouldn't it suck if you are born on February 29 and since it's a leap year, that means your birthday would be in every 4 years?"

So I decided to ask the people on CB if anyone or anyone that knows anyone that has a birthday on the 29th of February? How is that like? _smile.gif

laugh.gif my brothers X girlfriends little sister was born on leap year.. sucks for her.. but she still celebrates it every year tongue.gif

i dont really know any people, and it wouldn't really suck that much, you can still have a birthday party. and just because the day doesn't pass doesn't mean you never got another year older. years old mean how many years you've been living ya know..

I think it would suck because I would like to celebrate my birthday on the day that I was born and not on some other day. But if the people who has that birthday doesn't have a problem with it, then that's fine.

Yeah, that's what a lot of people are saying. It's either on the 28th of February or the first of March.

well a leap year is when they add an extra day to february. the reason they do that is because when the earth revolves around tha sun it doesnt take exactly 365 but 364 and 3/4 so every 4 years they have to take that extra day into account and thats a leap year when they add the 29th to february. im a sucha dork. but yea i have a fren born on that day and she just celebrates her birthday on march 1st
