a heating pad on your back might work..

Alright cool, It's cuz of my fouton bed, Im getting an air matress soon, but for now, I have to get rid of the pain. Thanks. _smile.gif

Try a massage, some bengay, advil, more of the heating pad, and rest.

if medicene don't work, go to a ciropracter (sp? people who deals with back pain) or you could do what Homer Simpson did and fall over on an aluminum trash can. its worth a try

^^ its chiropractor if u wanted to know! hehe!

well back pains are tough to heal off and takes a loooooong time....try relaxing and dont over do yourself. and go to the doctor if you have time!

yea bak pains can be a pain in the ass... *no pun inteneded
do a lot of stretching and it wont hurt as much
arch ur back backwards uno how they do "the bridge"?
sumfin like that
avoid sitting down as well...
and dont slouch (sp?)
