i can't take it anymore...i dont like college after the first day i attended that stupid classs....after all these think over...i feel so depress suddenly that i have to read 40 pages of the textbook and do an artical summary on busniess topic related ermm.gif and this sudden emotion thin that i had make me want to quite...and dunno wat to do anymore...feelin so much pressure on me...
can someone give me some advice on wat to do....
i want to be happy not sad.... pinch.gif

something not to do is to quit college, my cousin did and it kind of messed things up plus his parents (my uncle) got really pissed off. just relax and take things slow. that should help. try not to worry about it too much because stress kills. planning before what you want to do so you have enough time to do the work usually helps, that'll help in HS too. ask your doctor for zoloft if your depression is really serious. it seems like the reason why your depressed is because of all the work that you have to do. take some time off and go have fun (movies, bowling, hanging out with your friends, etc...). it usually works

hang out with your bestest friend they always should make you laugh or feel betta take a nap , play a game , talk to some one you can trust!!

first, learn to type and spell words correctly. happy.gif

second, you signed up for the class, did you not? talk to the guidance counselor and see if there's anything you can do. if not, then i guess..just deal with it. there's some things you have to do in life that you don't like.

listen to a music that will soothe u down... and just daydream good things. like u and ur crush walking in the beach holdin' hands...going to a concert together... or make ur daydreamin' like a drama movie^^;; hehe that soothes me down

- work out (doing so releases endorphins, natural pain killers, into your body, so when you're done, you feel relieved...even though u might be physically hurting)
- listen to some good music (nothing dark or gloomy)
- make some friends (when u go to ur next class, look for someone to talk to. realize that they're all new just like u, so they'll be looking for friends also)
- do ur hw as soon as possible. procrastination makes for lots and lots of stress (i know bcuz i do it all the time)

go to a spa...or a friends house who has a hot tub, bring a radio, listen to your fav songs and music...just spend a day relaxing.

meditate for hours and do nothing but listen to water, wind, air, and fire.
its better to do these near a forest or near a stream.. a quiet place mostly. eh japan has some i think. and korea. i think and some places. ?!?!?

Take a break. Listen to music and exercise. Take a shower/bath, then go back to work. I'm in High School and I've got to read 200 pages and do 60 worksheets plus an immense amount of work for my elective. So 40 pages of reading and an atricle are looking pretty easy to me . . . wanna trade? LOL

So yeah just take a break and start it.
